A remarkable replay of the 2004 election is taking place for the Democrats. Their candidate is fawning all over Hollywood heavyweights for campaign cash and adulation, as evidenced by Barbara Streisand"s opulent no cameras allowed fundraiser for Obama.
This all comes with a price that Obama must be prepared to bear. These contributors cannot resist the urge to put their mouth where their money is. I predict we'll see more of our west coast superiors spouting off on things and Obama spinsters reminding us that celebrity A and B don't speak for the Obama campaign. The fact is they do speak for the campaign, they say the things that Obama believes but could never speak lest he be clobbered in a general election.
